As you may have guessed my name is Neil and I am an amateur photographer.

Although interested for a while I did not catch the bug properly until I bought a Fujifilm Finepix HS20EXR – my first camera that was more than a simple point and shoot – as a birthday present to myself at the very end of 2011.

My favourite subjects are birds (particularly birds of prey), historical architecture, aircraft, and of course my family and friends. Though I have my favourite subjects I don’t like to limit myself and enjoy working with different subjects as well.
